New Degree Audit

NEW DEGREE AUDIT

Degree audits have changed because of the recent upgrade required by new federal reporting regulations. General Education Requirements and any Majors/Minors/ Concentrations will look the same. There is a new Electives section as well as a new Administrative section. The Electives section will now show how many electives are required for a specific program. The Administrative section is for any additional electives above the electives requirement and/or any courses repeated over the maximum allowed for federal financial aid.

please contact the Registrar’s Office if you have any questions or are having trouble with your audit.

ATTENTION STUDENTS: Do you plan to register for a summer class offered at another institution?

All summer classes taken as transient work must be approved by the Registrar's Office prior to registering for the class. Please stop by the Registrar's Office to obtain appropriate paperwork to be granted approval to register for a transient summer class.

Steps to apply for Transient Coursework:

  1. Student meets with his/her faculty academic advisor to discuss courses and identify potential LEC requirements needed that may be fulfilled by transient work.
  2. Student reviews the courses available at the institution he/she plans to attend.
  3. Student completes the Transient Student Form and obtains the faculty academic advisor's signature.
  4. Student submits the request to the LEC Registrar's Office for review. Due to recent changes in staffing of the Registrar's Office, processing time is needed for review.  "On the Spot" approvals cannot be completed. The Registrar's Office will review and approve the form and contact the student. The approved form will be returned to the student for use during registration at the planned institution.
